How do I cancel my subscription?
- iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Prompt Me → Cancel Subscription

How do I get a refund?
Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google directly:
Will my videos be uploaded anywhere?
No. All videos are recorded and saved locally on your device. Prompt Me does not upload, share, or transmit your videos.
Does Prompt Me work offline?
Yes. Recording, scripts, and playback all work fully offline. Internet is only used at app launch to verify your subscription with Apple or Google.
How do I import a script?
Tap Edit Script → Import. Choose a .txt, .pdf, or .docx file from your device, iCloud Drive, Google Drive, or another connected storage service.
How do I use the Apple Watch remote?
Make sure the Prompt Me Watch app is installed (it auto-installs with the iPhone app if your Watch is paired). Open Prompt Me on your iPhone, then open the Prompt Me companion on your Watch — start, stop, and scroll the script with the digital crown.
Why is the camera black on my screen?
If you’re seeing a black camera preview, you may have denied camera permission. Open Settings → Prompt Me → toggle Camera on. Also check Microphone if audio isn’t recording.
What’s the difference between Monthly and Lifetime?
Monthly is a $9.99/month subscription with a 7-day free trial — best if you want to try it for a project or two. Lifetime is a one-time $149.99 purchase ($49.99 for our first 90 days post-launch) — best if Prompt Me is going to be in your toolkit long-term.
Can I use my own script files?
Yes. Prompt Me supports .txt, .docx, and .pdf import. Files you import are read locally — Prompt Me only sees the file content, never the file’s location or any other files on your device.
